    What is Indian Chaat?

Every cuisine has its own unique version of chaat. In India, chaat is a popular street food that typically consists of crispy puffed rice and assorted chaat ingredients, like peanuts, fried onions, and chaat masala. Chaat can be a quick and easy meal to prepare, and it's perfect for a summer picnic.

Peanut chaat is a variation of the dish that replaces the usual chaat ingredients like onions and spices with peanuts. The peanuts add a delicious nutty flavour and a crispy texture to the dish. This version is also served with a Green Chutney, which provides a cooling contrast to the spicy peanuts.

I say no, as moisture from onion and tomato makes the chaat soggy. I suggest consuming the day prepared

Peanut chaat tastes best when eaten fresh. The moisture from onion and tomato makes the salad soggy. So I suggest making the salad as much as you need and eating it fresh.
