Today, for the first time, I tried making this Kachumba salad for my lunch using tomatoes, cucumber, and red onions. The salad is simply superb and it is very healthy as it is made with fresh veggies.
Ingredients used in making Kachumba salad
Tomatoes - 2 large, diced
Cucumber - 1 diced
Red onion - 1 large, finely diced
Chat masala - 1tsp
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2tbsp, chopped
Salt, to season
Preparation of salad
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt to taste.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and enjoy this kachumbari salad
