Instant Coconut Ladoo - Coconut Ladoo is an easy and quick delicious Indian sweet made in less than 15 minutes. This 4 ingredient coconut ladoo is made with dried desiccated coconut, condensed milk, ghee and milk. Coconut ladoo is also known as nariyal laddu.
This coconut ladoo/laddu is one of the easiest sweet which you can prepare in a few minutes whenever you are craving some sweets. The best part is you need only a handful of ingredients to make these moist and delicious ladoos.
There are so many variations in preparing these ladoos, you can make with or with out condensed milk but don't forget to add milk while making this recipe. It keeps the laddus soft and moist.

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE COCONUT LADOO:
INSTANT COCONUT LADOO WITH STEPWISE INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS:
- Desiccated coconut - 2 cups + ¼ cup(for garnishing)
- Condensed milk - ½ Cup
- Ghee - 1Tsp
- Milk - 3 to 4 Tbsp
PREPARATION:
Heat a pan with ghee,once the ghee melts add desiccated cococnut and roast them for 3 to 5 minutes on low- medium flame or until you get a nice aroma and its colour changes slightly.
Then add condensed milk and mix well until it is completely combined with coconut powder.
Now add the milk and keep stirring until all the milk is absorbed (it takes only 2-3 mins).
Once it combines well and leaves the sides of the pan, switch off the flame and transfer it to a plate. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
When it is warm enough to touch, take a small portion of the dough and roll it in between your palms and shape them into ladoo. Roll the ladoo in desiccated coconut powder and keep it on a plate.
Repeat the same with the remaining dough and enjoy tasty and moist coconut ladoo with your family and friends.
Store them in an airtight container and it stays good at room temperature for 2 days and in the refrigerator for 1 week.
NOTES:
- You can use fresh coconut instead of desiccated coconut.
- Don't forget to add milk, it keeps ladoo soft and moist.
- You can add an extra 2tbsp of condensed milk if you want more sweetness in the ladoos.
