Rava Laddu or sooji Ladoo is a south Indian sweet that taste so delicious, which you can prepare very easily at home with minimal ingredients.
I made this Rava laddu yesterday to celebrate Rakshabandhan. This ladoo is prepared by roasting Rava(sooji) in ghee on low flame and then adding roasted Rava to the sugar syrup and allowing it cool and then make round balls out the mixture.
What is Rakshabandhan
Rakshabandhan is a festival that celebrates the bond between sister and brother. A sister ties a Rakhi thread to brother wrist, which symbolises protection and brother gives a gift to the sister.Every year my brother sent surprise gifts to my sister and me, though we are in different countries.
