Ingredients for air fryer carrots
Carrots - Here I have used baby carrots, but can use any bright and crispy regular ones
Seasoning: garlic powder, paprika, freshly ground black pepper and salt
Oil: Olive oil is used in this recipe

How to make air fryer baby carrots?
Rinse the baby carrots and pat them dry.
In a medium bowl, place the carrots and add garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Toss the carrots well with seasoning.
Now place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer
Cook the carrots in an air fryer at 180°C (360°F) for 12-15 minutes.
Remove the basket from the air fryer halfway, shake well, and place it back again.
Once the time is done, check the carrots are done. For extra crispy air fry for 2 minutes more.
How to make roasted carrots in the oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)
In a bowl, toss the baby carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until the carrots are evenly coated.
Spread the carrots evenly on an aluminium-lined baking sheet, in a single layer
Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping the carrots halfway after 10 minutes
