Homemade Malai Kulfi is an Indian ice-cream which is rich, creamy and flavoured with rose essence. This kulfi is prepared with minimal ingredients. And takes only 20 minutes to prepare. The traditional method is very quiet long. This is my method of preparing this Kulfi. It is slightly different from regular ice cream.
As I always stock double cream in my fridge, I thought why I can’t I prepare something easy and delicious dessert for kids. Then I came up with this Homemade Malai Kulfi and it was delicious and rich. Everyone in my family enjoyed it a lot.
