Hmarcha Rawt is a spicy chutney from Mizoram, made with roasted green chillies, grated ginger and onion. With only 4 ingredients you can make this lip-smacking chutney.
Last month in our Shhhhh Cooking Secretly Challenge was about Mizoram Cuisine. With my previous month post, you will be aware that in this FB group, where every month we choose one state and where you will be paired with another blogger. Then you both exchange two ingredients with each other and you should prepare a dish using those ingredients as main. After that fellow bloggers have to identify the ingredients.
This time I am paired with Anu Kollon from Ente Thattukada, please do check her blog she has a wonderful collection of recipes. I gave her Banana and rice flour as ingredients and she came up with a delicious Koat Pitha.
