Oven-baked cauliflower bites
These cauliflower bites are so addictive and easy to make within 30-35 minutes. There are so many variations in making this snack. But I prefer this method every time because my kids love this version.

Ingredients you'll need
Here's a list of ingredients you'll need to make these brownie cookies.
- Cauliflower - cut into small florets
- Yogurt - I used greek yogurt here, but can use regulary one too
- Kashmiri chill powder - This gives a nice colour, you can also use regular red chilli powder
- Ginger garlic paste - Used homemade paste
- Tandoori masala powder - If you can't find this powder,you can skip it
- Gram flour - also known as besan is used here,instead of it you can use plain flour too
- Spices used - Cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and chaat masala
- Lemon juice - Always use fresh juice

How to make baked cauliflower bites
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and then add the florets to a bowl and pour hot water. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes drain the water completely and set it aside
In a mixing bowl, add yoghurt, oil, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder,garam masala and tandoori masala. Mix well
Next add lemon juice, gram flour and ginger garlic paste. Mix it to make a paste.
Add cauliflower florets to this mixture and mix gently to coat all the florets
Then chopped coriander leaves and combine well
Let it be aside for 10 mins for marination.
In the meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 deg C (400 F) for 10 mins.
In a baking sheet, lined with aluminium foil and sprinkle oil and grease the sheet
Arrange the marinated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet without overcrowding
Place the baking sheet in the middle rack and bake for 15 mins and then turn the florets and bake again for another 10 mins until you get them crisp /golden in colour
Once done allow them to cool for a few minutes and sprinkle the chaat masala.
Serve hot with green chutney
Substitutions
- Yogurt- use vegan yogurt instead of normal yogurt to make this vegan
- Gram flour - instead of gram flour, you can use plain flour
Tips & tricks
Adjust the spices according to your taste
For extra crispy wings, grill for 3-4 mins
Drain water completely from florets before adding to the masala paste

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder

- 2 tablespoon Oil
- Coriander leaves a handful (optional)
