Gobi Fried Rice Recipe is famous street food in India. It is prepared by mixing cauliflower florets with some spices and then deep frying it in oil after that combined with cooked rice and with sauces.

The best part of this recipe is you can make this fried rice it with leftover rice also.

Making a recipe that's close to our heart is always feels good. Those fried cauliflowers are really good and I am sure it would have enhanced the flavor of the rice.
