4 Ingredient Coffee Ice Cream - Deliciously smooth, creamy ice cream that is quick and easy to make with just 4 basic ingredients!
If you are a coffee lover like me then definitely you are going to love this quick and easy coffee ice cream which tastes so delicious. To make this flavourful and creamy ice cream you only need just 4 ingredients i.e. double/heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Instant coffee powder and some dark chocolate chips.
To make the ice cream flavourful use the best Instant coffee powder. Here I have used NESCAFÉ Original Instant Coffee, but you can use your favourite coffee powder too. This 4 ingredient coffee ice cream is one of the easiest ones.

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE COFFEE ICE CREAM:
COFFEE ICE CREAM RECIPE WITH STEPWISE INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS:
- Double/heavy cream - 300 ml
- Condensed milk - ½ cup
- Instant coffee powder - 2 Tbsp
- Dark Chocolate chips - ¼ cup
- Roasted cashew nuts - 2 to 3 tablespoon (optional)
PREPARATION:
In a large mixing bowl, add the chilled double cream and beat with the help of an electrical beater or stand mixer to stiff peaks.
Add instant coffee powder and beat again until it is just combined well. Scrap the sides and bottom of the bowl with the spatula.
Next, add the condensed milk and whisk until is creamy and well combined. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a loaf tin, add the roasted cashew nuts on top(this is just optional you can skip the cashew) and cover tightly with kitchen foil. Place in the freezer for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
Before serving the ice cream, place the ice cream box outside for few minutes to soften.
NOTES:
- You can skip or use milk chocolate chips in place of dark chocolate chips.
- You can omit cashew nuts, here I have added the nuts for more crunchiness.
- Don't forget to keep mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before making ice cream.
