No Churn Rose Ice Cream is so simple and easy to make without an ice cream maker with just 3 ingredients. The ice cream is so creamy, delicious with the delicate and refreshing flavour of rose syrup.

    No Churn Rose Ice Cream

I still remember when we were kids my dad used to take us to shop where they sell rose milk which is made with rose syrup and milk. Even today I remember the taste of that rose milk they use to add a few crushed ice cubes to the milk and it was so delicious.

Those days are really good, my brother, sister and I used to have great fun. Now every one of us is in different countries. I miss them a lot. I get a chance to meet them only once a year.

Coming to the recipe the other day I went to the Indian grocery store where I found this rose syrup bottle and I immediately grabbed it because I was looking for it from a long time. After coming home, I was searching for some recipes with it and then I got an idea why I can’t I make rose ice cream and then this recipe came out. I used my plain ice cream base recipe to this and I just add rose syrup to it. Add only 1-2 tablespoon of rose syrup only because the flavour is a little bit strong. I and my family enjoyed this ice cream very much by drizzling a bit of syrup on it. Rose Ice cream is my kids favourite one now.

For the next 3 days, I will be posting recipes with just 3 ingredients so don't forget to come and check the delicious and interesting recipes.

    What is Rose Syrup

Rose syrup is made with dried rose petals which are infused in sugar syrup. This syrup as a delicate and aromatic flavour. It can be used in hot or cold beverages. Even you can drizzle this on cakes, crepes.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES OF MAKING NO CHURN 3 INGREDIENT ROSE ICE CREAM

    Ingredients:

    • Fresh double cream/heavy cream – 1 cup
    • Condensed milk – ½ tin
    • Rose Syrup –1 tbsp

    No Churn Rose Ice Cream

    Preparation:

Keep the bowl and the whisk in the freezer for about 20 – 30 minutes before beginning the process.

Place the condensed milk also in the fridge.

Take a bowl and add the fresh double cream and using electric hand mixer a beat on low-medium speed until it reaches thick, stiff peaks. Don’t beat too much otherwise, it will split.

Now add the condensed milk and fold slowly, so that it is combined well with cream.

Next, add the rose syrup and mix well without any lumps.

Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and freeze this ice cream for at least 6-8 hours or preferably overnight.

Enjoy creamy and delicious No churn 3 ingredient rose ice cream with a drizzle of rose syrup on it.

    Note:

Add the rose syrup according to your taste. Here I used only 1 tablespoon which is good enough for 1 cup of cream.
