How to make chia pudding - step by step
Add berries,almond milk into a blender
Now goes maple syrup and vanilla extract
Blend everything until smooth. Transfer the blueberry mixture into a bowl and add chia seeds.
Mix well and cover and set in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours or overnight.
Stir the mixture again and transfer into a serving bowls.
Substitutions
- Replace frozen berries with fresh ones
- In place of maple syrup, you can add honey or agave syrup

Blueberry Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1 Cup =250 ml; 1 Tablespoon = 15 ml; 1 Teaspoon = 5 ml
- 1 cup Blueberry frozen
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 4 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 2 teaspoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract optional
Instructions
- Add frozen berries, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup into a blender and blend everything until smooth.
- Transfer the blueberry mixture into a bowl and add chia seeds. and stir well until well combined.
- Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes, mix the pudding again to ensure that there are no lumps.
- Cover and set in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours or overnight.
- Stir the mixture again and transfer into a serving bowls.
- Garnish with fresh fruits or nuts and serve immediately.
