    Tandoori Chicken Roast

    On sunday i made this Tandoori Chicken roast for my lunch.First time i made it and it came very well and tasted delicious..

    Ingredients:
    Whole chicken -1 small

    For marination:
    Curd/yoghrt-1cup
    Chili powder-1tsp
    Coriander powder-1tsp
    Garam masala-1tsp
    Cumin seeds powder-1tsp
    Ginger garlic paste-1 ½tsp
    Lemon juice-3tsp
    Pepper powder-1tsp
    Oil-2tbsp
    Fried onions-½cup
    Salt to taste
    Preparation:

    Clean the chicken and make slits using knife to whole chicken.
    Rub Salt and pepper to the chicken inside and outside.

    Take a bowl,mix all the ingredients under marination and mix well.Rub this mixture to the chicken well i.e every where with out leaving space(inside n outside).Cover it with cling fing and keep it in fridge for overnight.

    Before cooking in the morning remove the chicken from the fridge atleast half an hour before.
    Remove the cover and place it in a baking tray and cover it with foil.

    Pop it in preheat oven at 200Fan for 1 ½ hour.check it after 45mints and again pop it in oven and bake it for another 45mints.

    Once cooked remove it and leave it to cool for 10 mints and then cut it and enjoy eating tasty n yummy whole chicken.
