This Chilli Garlic fried rice recipe is packed with a wonderful aroma of garlic and chilli. This rice is for garlic fans who love the strong flavour of toasted garlic and when combined with chilli it is a bit fiery but tastes just fantastic. It is kind of Chinese dish adapted to Indian style.
