Ingredients:
Boiled Eggs-5nos
Onions-2nos
Gingergarlic paste-1tsp
Cloves-1no
cinnamon-1no
For the masala:
Coconut-½cup
Red chilies-5nos
Ajwain/sompu seeds-1tsp
Methi seeds-1tsp
Jeera seeds-1tsp
Coriander seeds-1tsp
Salt to taste
For seasoning:
Curry leaves
Oil-2tbsp
Preparation:
1.Roast all the ingredients for the masala and grind to a paste.
2.Take a pan,put some oil in it,add cloves,cinnamon.and fry chopped onions till
brown.Then add gingergarlic paste.
3.Add the grind paste to it and fry till raw smell goes,add salt and reqiured
water.
4.add boiled eggs,allow to cook till gravy becomes thick.
5.Finely garnish with coriander leaves.
6.serve Spicy Egg curry with rice or rotis.
Wow this is something new and simple to cook. Iam gonna make this soon.
