    Paneer Fingers

    First of all, Happy New year to all my blog readers and friends. Hope all of you had a wonderful new year. I am posting the first recipe for this year with paneer that is Paneer Fingers which is very simple to make and delicious to eat. Children will love this as an evening snack. Here goes the recipe.

    Paneer Fingers

    Ingredients:

    • Paneer cut into finger size-250grams (here I used stored brought paneer).
    • Corn flour-4 tbsp
    • All-purpose flour/Maida-4 tbsp
    • Rice flour-4 tbsp
    • Pepper powder-¼ tsp
    • Tomato ketchup-1tbsp
    • Chilli powder-1tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • A pinch of orange-red colour
    • Oil to fry

    Preparation:

    1.Mix all the ingredients, except the oil and the paneer.

    2.Add enough water to form a thick batter.

    3.Heat oil in a kadai.

    4.Dip each paneer finger in the batter and deep fry.

    5.When fried remove to the kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil.

    6.Serve this delicious Paneer fingers with tomato ketchup.
