Paneer Fingers

First of all, Happy New year to all my blog readers and friends. Hope all of you had a wonderful new year. I am posting the first recipe for this year with paneer, which is very simple to make and delicious to eat. Children will love this as an evening snack. Here goes the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer cut into finger size here I used stored brought paneer.
  • 4 tbsp Corn flour
  • 4 tbsp All-purpose flour/Maida
  • 4 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of orange-red colour
  • Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the oil and the paneer.

  2. Add enough water to form a thick batter.

  3. Heat oil in a kadai.
  4. Dip each paneer finger in the batter and deep fry.

  5. When fried remove to the kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil.

  6. Serve this delicious Paneer fingers with tomato ketchup.
