Today i made this fish fry for my lunch along with mutton fry and ghee rice.I have done this fry in different method then the regular one and it takes very less time.It came really very well.with in 10mints all the fish fry is completed by my 4yrs old daughter and 1yrs old son.I am very happy that they liked it very much..
Salmon fish- 5pieces
Chili pwd-1tsp
Coriander pwd-1tsp
Lemon juice-½tsp
Chopped curry leaves-1tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves-1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Turmeric pwd-½tsp
Maida/All purpose flour-2tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil-2tbsp
Wash the fish under running cold water and damp with kitchen towel to absorb water.
Take a small bowl add above all ingredients expect fish, maida and mix well.
Take another bowl, add fish pieces now add the masala prepared in small bowl to the fish pieces and mix well so that all pieces are nicely coated with the masala.Keep aside for 15mints.
Once 15mints is done.Take a another bowl, add maida and little water to make semi thick paste.
Then heat a non-stick pan on medium flame, take the marinated fish pieces and dip them in maida paste and fry them on medium flame on both sides by adding little oil, till they are cooked it takes about 5-7mints.
Note:use very less oil for frying because we already added oil in marination .
Once all fish pieces are fried transfer them into serving bowl and enjoy with chopped onions mixed with salt and lemon juice.
