Eggless Brownie is soft and chewy, topped with chocolate chips is perfect for dessert for any occasion. There are so many varieties of brownie which you can prepare with or without eggs, flourless. The texture of these brownies somewhat similar to cake.

This is the second baking dish I am posting in Bake a thon. I am really excited about taking part in this. Thinking every day what to bake next. Even now my kids started asking me, “what are you preparing next?”. My little ones enjoyed these brownies very much.

    Eggless Brownie Recipe

    Ingredients:

    1 Cup Measure = 240ml

    • Plain flour/Maida/All-purpose flour – ¾ cup
    • Unsalted butter -½ cup
    • Brown Sugar -1cup
    • Dark chocolate chips -¼ cup
    • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
    • Baking powder-1tsp
    • Cocoa powder -¼ cup
    • Milk-150ml
    • Lemon juice-1tsp
    • Salt-¼tsp

    Preparation:

    With step by step pictures

Preheat the oven to 180°C /356°F.

Grease and line an 8” by 8” square tin with baking paper/parchment paper.
In the meanwhile mix milk with lemon juice and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Take a bowl, sift plain flour, baking powder, cocoa powder. Add salt to the bowl and again sift one more time. Keep aside.

Then melt butter in a microwave or on a stove top.
In a bowl mix melted butter and brown sugar. Whisk until sugar melts.

Then add the milk mixture and whisk until everything is well combined, then add vanilla extract and whisk.

After that add the sifted plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder mixture and whisk slowly until the batter is thick and nice.

Then transfer the batter into the lined tin and smooth the top with a spatula.
Add the dark chocolate chips on the top and press lightly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 mins.
Then allow it to cool completely or you can cover it with cling film and leave on the counter top overnight. So that when we slice the pieces they will come perfectly.
Remove the lining paper and slice them in desired pieces, enjoy a soft and delicious eggless brownie.
