Egg Rice

Long time back i have done this Egg rice but now i am getting time to write it.Its my own preparation and it came really well.I used regularly available things in every body’s kitchen for this rice.Egg rice can be had without any side.


Cooked Rice-2cups(here i used basmati rice)
Chopped onions-2medium
Chopped tomatoes-2medium
chilli Pwd-1-11/2tsp
Pepper Pwd-1/2tsp
Turmeric pwd-1/2tsp
Coriander pwd-1tsp
Cumin pwd-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Black cumin seeds-1tsp

Heat a pan with oil,add cumin seeds and allow to pop them.Add chopped onions and fry them till they turn golden colour.

Add chopped tomatoes along with all powder’s and stir well and cook with closed it till tomatoes becomes soft.

Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk well.Add this egg mixture to the cooking ingredients and mix well so that all mixture is nicely mixed with the eggs.

Once the mixture is cooked well i.e.eggs are cooked well add the cooked rice and mix well .close it with lid and cook for 5mints on low flame.

Finally add the pepper pwd and chopped coriander leaves before removing from the flame. Transfer into a serving bowl and enjoy tasty-tasty egg rice!
