Easy sweet & salty lemonade recipe

This easy sweet & salty lemonade is a perfect thirst quencher for summer. It is a quick and easy drink to prepare within 5 minutes.

I am aware that everyone knows how to make lemonade but this is my variation on this recipe. Do try once and you will definitely love it!

This Lemonade is my all-time favourite drink. I order this lemonade every time we go to restaurants. My daughter makes fun of me for ordering the same drink every time!

I remember during my childhood days, especially in summer, my mum used to make this lemonade and used to keep in the fridge for my siblings and I to have it anytime.

There are so many different variations for this drink as you can add chopped ginger, roasted cumin powder for a spicy lemonade but this sweet & salty lemonade is my son’s most favourite!

Ingredients: 

Lemon – 1 big

Sugar -¼ cup (as required)

Salt -¼tsp (as required)

Club soda – 1bottle

Ice cubes few

Mint for garnishing

Preparation of easy sweet & salty lemonade:

Squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl and keep aside.

Pour the lemon juice equally into each serving glass.

Add sugar, salt and stir well.

Then add ice cubes into serving glass.

Finally, add soda into the glass and garnish with few lemon rings, mint and enjoy!

Note:

• Adjust sugar and salt as per your taste.
• Instead of soda, you can use water.
