Easy Homemade Masala Lemon Soda Recipe  

This Easy Homemade Masala Lemon soda is a very refreshing and tasty drink which can be prepared within 5 minutes. It is a perfect drink for this summer to quench your thirst. This drink is very famous in India and usually, you get it on street-side shops.

From the very first time I tasted this masala soda in my home town, it became one of my favourite drinks. There are very few ingredients required for this masala lemon soda which are readily available in the pantry.

After a long time, I prepared this masala lemon soda today and everyone in my family loved it. In my family, my father in law enjoys it the most whenever I used to prepare this in India.

Easy Homemade Masala Lemon soda

Ingredients:

  • Lemon – 2 medium
  • Chaat masala – 1tsp
  • Roasted Cumin Powder – 1tsp
  • Black salt – ½ tsp
  • Sugar – 1tsp
  • Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
  • Mint leaves – ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sprite/ any soda
  • Lemon slices few
  • Ice cubes

Easy Homemade Masala Lemon soda

Preparation:

In a jar or tall glass, add chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt, salt, sugar and few mint leaves.

Mix everything well.

Now squeeze juice from the lemon and add it to the jar.

Again, mix well.

Pour the sprite /club soda to the masala and mix well.

Add few more mint leaves, lemon slices and ice cubes.

Transfer the masala lemon soda into a serving glass and enjoy this delicious and refreshing drink!
