    This Easy Strawberry Sorbet is made only with few ingredients. It takes only 5 minutes to prepare this by combing the berries with sugar, apple juice in a blender and then freeze it for few hours to set.

    Who will say no to this blissful, vibrant strawberry sorbet? Strawberries have all-natural antioxidants and nutrients. Like all other fruits, these berries are full of vitamins and minerals.
    My kids enjoyed this strawberry sorbet very much and they finished everything in few minutes only. I got a chance to taste only 1 spoon and it was so delicious with all the natural ingredients combined in one recipe.

     

    Easy Strawberry Sorbet

    STEP BY STEP PICTURES OF MAKING EASY STRAWBERRY SORBET

     

     

    Ingredients:

    • Frozen Strawberries -1cup
    • Sugar – ¼ cup
    • Apple Juice – ¼ cup
    • Lemon Juice – 1tsp

     

    Easy Strawberry Sorbet

    Preparation:

    Take a blender, add the frozen berries, sugar, lemon juice, apple juice and blend into a smooth puree.

    Transfer the puree into an airtight container and leave for 4 hours in the freezer or until mostly hard.

    Using an ice cream scooper, scoop out the sorbet into a bowl and enjoy delicious easy strawberry sorbet.

    Note:

    Instead of frozen strawberries, you can use fresh ones.

    You can replace the apple juice with water.
