The moment i saw this chocohotpots in Aipi's blog USMASALA.I was very tempted and bookmarked it.But i could not do on the same day as i did not had ramekins .So last week i brought them and made it immediately and it was very delicious especially the upper crust is very crunchy. Thanks Aipi dear for sharing such a delicious dessert.

    Ingredients:

Semi sweet choco chips-40z and 1 stick of black chocolate
    Butter-½cup
    Instant coffee powder-½tsp
    Vanilla essence-1tsp
    Eggs-2nos
    All purpose flour-3tbsp
    Caster sugar-¾cup
    Salt a pinch
    Preparation:

Preheat oven to 175degree fan with baking tray.

Take a microwave safe bowl, add choco chips, balck chocolate along with butter and melt them and keep aside to cool.

Take a bowl ,add eggs, sugar and whisk it nicely. Then pop it with flour, salt and vanilla essence and again mix it well.

Now add melted choco-butter mixture and mix well without any lumps.

Grease the ramekins and divide the mixture equally into the cases and bake it for 20 mints in middle rack. When you see the top is cracked it means it is cooked.Remove and allow it to cool for few seconds. Then enjoy eating delicious chocohotpots.

Sending this to the Tried and Tasted event featuring Aipi's US Masala, hosted by Priya Mitharwal and owned by Lakshmi and originally started by Zlamushka.
