Chicken 65 Dry Version
Today’s recipe is about every non-vegetarian favourite food, that is Chicken 65 dry version. It is very easy and simple to prepare within one hour. Here goes the recipe.
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken – 1kg
- Ginger garlic paste -4tsp
- Red chilli powder-2tsp
- Corn flour-12tsp
- Maida/all purpose flour-12tsp
- Eggs-2
- Pepper powder-2tsp
- Soya sauce-2tbsp
- Ajinomoto a pinch
- Orange food colour
- Salt
- Oil for deep frying
For garnishing:
- Curry leaves
- Slit green chillies-2
Preparation:
1.Clean and the wash the chicken and pat dry to remove any excess water.
2. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients mentioned above and marinate it for at least half an hour.
3. Take a pan fill it with sufficient oil for deep frying(Note: here I used a deep fryer)
4.Fry the chicken pieces in small batches on medium flame until they are fried.
Repeat the procedure until you finish all of them.
5. In the same oil fry, the slit green chillies and curry leaves and garnish them with the Fried Chicken pieces and enjoy tasty and yummy chicken 65 dry with our favourite chutney or sauce.
Note: Please do not add any water to the mixture
