Bread Pizza Cups is a very quick and easy snack which you can prepare within 20 -25 minutes. For this bread pizza cups, you can use your favourite veggies in the stuffing. Actually, you can cut the bread slices into round shape then you can bake it.
It is a perfect evening snack for kids when they come back from school. My kids enjoyed it a lot. I made two version one with vegetable stuffing and another with only cheese.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES OF MAKING BREAD PIZZA CUPS RECIPE
Ingredients:
Bread slices – 6
Tomato Ketchup – 2tbsp
Mozzarella cheese – ¼ cup
Finely chopped onion – 3tbsp
Finely chopped Bell pepper -3tbsp
Italian dry herbs – 1tsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt a pinch
Butter – 2tbsp
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Spray the muffin tray with cooking oil and keep aside.
In a bowl add chopped onion, bell pepper, dry herb, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup along with Mozilla cheese.
Mix well everything well and keep aside.
Trim the edges of all the bread.
Roll them into a thin slice using a rolling pin.
Apply butter to one side of bread and arrange it in the muffin tray.
Repeat the same process with the remaining bread slices.
Carefully fill the bread cups with the prepared veggie stuffing.
Again, top them with cheese and sprinkle dry herbs on it.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the bread cups turns into golden brown colour.
Remove the bread pizza cups from the oven and serve immediately when they are warm.
