Maida/All purpose flour-50gms
Garlic pieces few no.
Salt to Taste
Oil for frying
1.Peel the skin of banana and cut into small pieces.
2.Add chilli pwd,salt,maida,corn flour,gram flour,mix them well.
3.Deep fry in oil and keep aside.
4.Heat a pan with oil,add curry leaves,chopped garlic pieces,chopped green chillies and fry them for few mints.
5.Add curd, deep fried bananas and mix well.
6.Finely addcoriander pwd and mix well.
7.Finely garnish with coriander leaves.
8.Serve hot and spicy BANANA-65.
