    Baked Potato Wedges Recipe

    Today, I am sharing a very simple way of preparing potato wedges without pre-boiling the potatoes. You can make this recipe with or without skin, here in this recipe I prepared the wedges without skin.

     

    Baked Potato Wedges

    Ingredients:

    • Potatoes – 4
    • Kashmiri chilli powder-1tsp
    • Mixed herbs powder-2tsp
    • Pepper powder-½tsp
    • Chilli flakes-1tsp
    • Olive oil-4tbsp
    • Salt as per taste

    Baked Potato Wedges

    Preparation:

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

    2. Wash and peel the skin of the potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise and again cut them into the half so that we get in total of 6 pieces from the 1 potato.

    3. Take a large bowl, add sliced wedges and season them with all the spices and with olive oil.

    4. Line up the baking tray with foil and brush it with oil and spread the wedges evenly and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees and after 20 mins turn the wedges and again bake for another 20 mins or until they are crispy when you shake them.

    5. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy delicious baked potato wedges with your favourite sauce.
