    SOYA MASALA PAKKODA

    Ingredients:
    Soya Beans-1cup
    Rice Flour-5tbsp
    vanta Soda apinch
    Onions-2nos
    Ginger+Green chilli paste-2tsp
    Red chilli pwd-1tsp
    Chopped green chillies-2nos
    Garam masala-1tsp
    Curry Leaves
    Coriander Leaves
    Mint Leaves
    Ghee-2tbsp
    Salt to Taste
    Oil for Frying

     

    Preparation:
    1.Soak soya beans for 4hours.
    2.Grind the soya beans into paste without addind water.(dn't grind them smoothly)
    3.To that paste add above ingredients expect oil,mix them well.
    4.Heat a pan with oil,then add them like pakkodas and deep fry till brown colour.
    5.serve the hot Soya Masala Pakkoda.
