Rose Mojito is a refreshing, non-alcoholic summer drink made from Rose Syrup/Rooh Afrza, sweet basil seeds (sabja) and lemon juice. If you ever need something refreshing on a hot summer day, this mojito can be made within 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE ROSE LEMONADE:
- Rose syrup - 3 to 4 Tbsp
- Sweet basil seeds /Sabja seeds - 1 Tbsp
- A few mint leaves
- Black salt - ½ Tsp
- Lemon juice - freshly squeezed lemon juice from a medium-sized lemon
- Soda
- A few ice cubes
ROSE MOJITO RECIPE WITH STEPWISE INSTRUCTIONS:
First, take a small bowl and soak sabja seeds or sweet basil sweets in water for 5 minutes or until they are bloomed.
Next, take a tall glass and add rose syrup, bloomed sabja seeds, lemon juice and salt. After that, mix well.
After that, add a couple of ice cubes and then tear some mint leaves into pieces and add it to the glass.
Then, top it up with chilled soda water.
Finally, add a couple of drops of rose syrup on top and stir it. Serve it immediately.
NOTES:
You may use Chia seeds in case you cannot find the basil seeds.
You can use water instead of soda.
Add more or less rose syrup according to your taste.

- Club soda or any soda available in your place
Instructions

- After that, add a couple of ice cubes and then tear some mint leaves into pieces and add it to the glass.
- Then, top it up with chilled soda water.
- Finally, add a couple of drops of rose syrup on top and stir it. Serve it immediately.
