    Prawns Pepper Fry Recipe | how to make prawns fry

    Prawns Pepper fry recipe is very easy and quick to prepare as a starter. This prawns fry is finished within 5mintues in my home, everyone enjoyed it very much.

     

    Prawns Pepper fry


    Ingredients: 

    • Prawns - 250grams
    • Rice flour-1tsp
    • Garam masala powder-½ tsp
    • Ginger garlic paste -½ tsp
    • Chilli powder-½ tsp
    • Coriander powder-1tsp
    • Corn powder-1tsp
    • Turmeric powder-½tsp
    • Fresh crush pepper-1 ½ Tsp
    • Curry leaves a few
    • Egg white-2tbsp
    • Lime juice -1tbsp
    • Green chillies -2 to 3
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil for deep fry

    Preparation:

    1. Take a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, salt, rice flour, cornflour and mix well.

    2. Then add lime juice, crushed pepper and add egg white, mix it well.

    3. Add prawns, coat the mixture well and deep fry them in oil, till they turn into golden colour. Then coat the rest of the mixture to curry leaves and green chillies and deep fry them.

    4. Serve this tasty and delicious prawns pepper fry and enjoy!

    Ingredients

    • 250 grams Prawns
    • 1 teaspoon Rice flour
    • ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
    • ½ teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
    • ½ teaspoon Chilli powder
    • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
    • 1 teaspoon Corn powder
    • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
    • 1 ½ teaspoon Fresh crush pepper
    • Curry leaves a few
    • 2 tablespoon Egg white
    • 1 tablespoon Lime juice -1tbsp
    • 2-3 Green chilies -2 to 3
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil for deep fry

    Instructions

    • Then add lime juice, crushed pepper and add egg white, mix it well.

    • Serve this tasty and delicious prawns pepper fry and enjoy!
