This is my 200th post.I am very happy on completing my 200th post till now i can't believe my self that i made this.Because before marriage i don't even know how to cook rice or dal.In this occasion i thank each n every blogger friend for supporting me.
Yesterday i made this KFC style Drumstick chops for my lunch.It came really very well and the whole plate was finished with in 10mints.Especially my laky liked it very much.These days she is becoming fan of these chicken leg pieces.when ever i prepare chicken means first she asks me whether i am preparing her favourite leg pieces or not.Actually i saw this recipe in Savitha's Kitchen i was very much impressed when i saw this in her blog.She explained step by step and taken great clicks.Thank you Savi for this yummy n wonderful recipe.Here comes the recipe..
For marination:
Chicken Drumsticks-4nos
Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
Chili powder-1tsp
Chopped coriander
Salt
For Egg coating:
Egg whites-2nos
Pepper powder-1tsp
Food colour orange a pinch
Salt
For Dry coating:
Maida/APF-½cup
Breadcrumbs-¼cup
Salt-¼tsp
Oil for shallow frying
Wash and make slits to the drumsticks with knife.
Take a bowl add all the marination ingredients to it and mix well.To this add chicken pieces and mix well.Add water till the chicken pieces are immersed well.Leave it aside for 3hours.
Take a small bowl, add all the egg coating ingredients and mix well.
Place maida and breadcrumbs in a plate mix well.
Once 3hrs is done.Dip the chicken pieces in egg coating and roll them nicely in bread crumbs mixture.
Shallow fry the pieces on medium flame till they are cooked and transfer into kitchen towel.
Serve hot n yummy drumsticks with onions or ketchup.
