    Preparation:

    1. Take a bowl, pop the gram flour into it. Add salt, red chilli powder, gram masala, coriander powder, amchur powder, baking soda, asafoetida. Mix all the ingredients nicely.

    2. Add water in peanuts. The level of water should be more than that of peanuts. And strain them immediately.

    3. Now add these wet peanuts in the gram flour and mix them. Stir them continuously so that the peanuts are well coated with the gram flour.

    4. Add a little amount of water around 1-2 tsp. Mix the Peanuts well so that it is coated with gram flour. Add 1tbsp of oil and mix again.

    5. Place the peanuts in a microwave-safe plate and spread them nicely. Place the tray in the microwave.

    6. Microwave them for 4 minutes on maximum power. Now take the tray out and separate the peanuts using spoon or spatula and turn them.

    7. Again, microwave for 1more minute on maximum power (depending on the individual microwave we have to adjust the timing, so please check your microwave timings).

    8. Take out and allow them to cool and enjoy the taste and crunchy masala peanuts with tea or coffee
