Easy Mango Lassi is a sweet, thick and creamy Indian drink. This lassi is basically a yoghurt-based mango smoothie which you often find in Indian restaurants. It is so easy that you can make it home like restaurant style.
You can prepare this mango lassi with fresh mangoes cubes or either mango puree (store brought tin) or frozen mango chunks along with yoghurt and sugar.
I have a lot of memories associated with mangoes, during my childhood days in summer holidays we used to go to our mango farm where we used to puck fresh mangoes from the trees and enjoyed a lot. I love mangoes very much. But after coming to Aberdeen, I miss mangoes, here we get only a few varieties that too in less quantity.

I too have some many childhood memories associated with mangoes. Mangoes here are a hit or miss most of the time and prefer canned mango pulp for desserts and drinks.
