I made these cheese-Veggie balls last night.As my daughter is not eating properly these days its becoming very hard for me to prepare foods of her likes.As she likes cheese very much i thought of making these balls.I want it to make little healthier so i used vegetables in these balls.
Finely chopped Green chillies-2nos.
Salt to taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Bread crumb pwd-½cup
Oil for frying
Cook the vegetables in a microwave safe bowl with enough water for 5mints.
Once the vegetables are cooked and allow them to cool and grind into a paste (don't add excess water)
Take a bowl add the grinded paste,Cheddarscheese,green chillies,pepper pwd,coriander leaves along with salt and mix well to form balls.And make lemon size balls and keep aside.
Take a small bowl break the egg and whisk it well.
Take the balls and dip them in the egg and then roll them in bread crumb pwd..repeat these steps for all the balls.
