Butter Chicken Fry

Today’s I am posting very very simple chicken fry with butter. In this fry, there is no need for onions and tomatoes. Just you need ginger garlic paste, chilli and coriander powder. It tasted very delicious

you can have this like a side dish or with rasam. Here goes the recipe.


Chicken with bones-250grams

Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Chilli Powder-1tsp
Coriander Powder-1tsp
Pepper Powder-1/2tsp
Salt as per taste


Take a bowl, add all the ingredients except butter and mix. Marinate it for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Heat a pan with butter, once it melts add the marinated chicken to it and saute well, so that chicken

pieces are completely coated with butter. Cover it and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes and

stir in the middle to prevent burning. Again cover and cook for another 10 minutes or till chicken is cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
