Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 2 pinches salt

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, blend together the bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
    2 ripe bananas, ¼ cup coconut milk, 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tablespoon maple syrup, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 pinches salt
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the popsicle mold and insert sticks into each mould.
  • Place it in the freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight
  • To remove the popsicles from the moulds, run them under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • Adjust the maple syrup according to your desired sweetness.
  •  Use thick and full-fat coconut milk to get that creamy and richness in the ice pops
