Heat a saucepan with enough water. Add salt and bring it to boil. Then add macaroni and cook until it is done. Drain the water and keep aside.
Heat a pan with olive oil, add chopped garlic, onion and saute until onion changes its colour.
Add cooked chicken breast pieces and sauté for 5 minutes on medium flame. Next, add tomato puree and mix well.
Next Italian mixed herbs, chilli flakes and salt as per your taste, sauté well for 2-3 minutes. Add 2-3 tablespoon of water and mix well.
Add 2 handful of cheese and mix well. Now add the boiled macaroni and mix everything until it is combined with chicken.
Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Now open the lid and mix once again. Now again add some more cheese and cook by closing the lid for 2 minutes.
Finally, add fresh or dries parsley and enjoy. Here I have used dried parsley.
