Preheat the oven to 180°C
Line the tray with muffin liners and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl add bananas and mash well, in this add oil, milk, eggs, vanilla essence and combine well. Keep aside.
In another mixing bowl, sift plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and whisk all the ingredients well.
Now add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredient bowl and combine well. Don’t over mix, just mix until everything is combined.
Now add the roughly chopped chocolate chunks and mix well.
Divide the mixture equally into the muffin tins and bake at 180°C for 22-25 minutes or until the skewers come clean when you insert in the centre of the muffin.
Transfer the muffins on to the cooling tray and allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes.
