1 Cup =250 ml; 1 Tablespoon = 15 ml; 1 Teaspoon = 5 ml
- 1 cup Blueberry frozen
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 4 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 2 teaspoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract optional
Add frozen berries, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup into a blender and blend everything until smooth.
Transfer the blueberry mixture into a bowl and add chia seeds. and stir well until well combined.
Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, mix the pudding again to ensure that there are no lumps.
Cover and set in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours or overnight.
Stir the mixture again and transfer into a serving bowls.
Garnish with fresh fruits or nuts and serve immediately.
- Adjust the consistency of the pudding by adding more chia seeds or milk if needed
- Mix the chia seeds well with the liquid to prevent the lumps.
- For 1 cup of milk, 4tbsp of chia seeds work perfectly for me every time.
