Equipment

  • Jug/pitcher
  • Spoon

Ingredients

1 Cup =250 ml; 1 Tablespoon = 15 ml; 1 Teaspoon = 5 ml

  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • 1 cup Mango pulp store brought
  • 3 to 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tbso Mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squezzed
  • 1 cup Club soda as required
  • Ice cubes as required

Instructions

  • In a tall jug/pitcher, add in the mint, sugar & lime slices and with the help of a muddler, muddle the mint leaves giving a few gentle twists. Do not over muddle as it will turn bitter.
  • Add lemon juice and mango puree, mix well to dissolve any sugar that has remained.
  • add ice cubes.
  • Top with club soda or sparkling water, stir well and garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges
