1 Cup =250 ml; 1 Tablespoon = 15 ml; 1 Teaspoon = 5 ml

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoon rose syrup
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • ½ cup chilled water
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rose petals
  • Ice Cubes optional
  • Chopped nuts for garnishing optional

  • Add yogurt, rose syrup, rose water, sugar, dried rose petals, cardamom powder and chilled water into a jar and blend using a hand blender or a whisk until it's smooth.
  • Pour the lassi into a glass topped with ice cubes and garnish with some chopped nuts and enjoy!

  • Always use full-fat or Greek yogurt to make the lassi creamy and thick.
  • Use chilled water and milk to make it.
  • For a froth on the top of the lassi, blend all the ingredients with a hand blender and pour immediately into a serving glass.
  • Use the chilled water to make the lassi, if the water is not chilled, place the prepared buttermilk in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
  • Add a little more water or milk to get a slightly thin consistent lassi if you think lassi is too thick and creamy for your taste.
  • Keep lassi in the fridge if you wish to serve later.
