Heat a pan, add sesame seeds and dry roast on low-medium flame for 3 to 5 minutes or until they change their colour slightly.
Transfer them into a bowl and allow it to cool completely.
Add the cooled sesame seeds into a mixie jar and grind them into a coarse powder.
Again heat a pan with ghee and add the seedless chopped dates and saute for few minutes until they become soft.
Add the ground sesame powder and combine well with the dates for a few minutes. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool for a few seconds.
When it is warm enough to touch, mix well the mixture properly and make ladoos as per your desired size.
These ladoos stay good for 10 days if we store them in an airtight box.
