  • Chilled Milk – 2cups
  • Rose syrup – 3tbsp
  • Sugar – 2tbsp optional
  • Ice cubes few


  • In a pitcher/jug add the chilled milk and rose syrup.
  • Using a spoon, stir the rose syrup well until it is completely dissolved with milk.
  • Add sugar if you want more sweetness, but it is optional only.
  • Stir well until sugar dissolves.
  • In a serving glass, add a few ice cubes and then pour the rose milk in the glass.
  • Finally, garnish with few dried rose petals/ dry fruits and enjoy this refreshing rose milk.


  • Here I used Dabur rose syrup, but you can use homemade syrup.
  • Adjust sugar according to your taste if you want more sweetness. Here I used 2tbsp of sugar.
  • Adjust rose syrup also according to your taste.
  • You can make this rose milk and store it in the fridge to serve later.
