Easy Chickpea Salad Recipe | Healthy Chickpea Salad

This Easy Chickpea Salad is a very healthy recipe which you can prepare within 10-12 minutes if have chickpeas ready in hand. To make little bit creamy and crunchy I used feta cheese, red onion, bell peppers and olives.

  • Cooked Chickpeas – 2 cups
  • Chopped cucumber -¼ cup
  • Roughly chopped red onions – ¼ cup
  • Bell peppers – ¼ cup chopped into cubes
  • Feta cheese – ¼ cup
  • Sliced olives – ¼ cup
  • Black pepper – 1tsp
  • Olive oil – 3tbsp
  • Lemon juice -3tbsp
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves – ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste


  • In a large mixing bowl, add all the chopped veggies along with cooked chickpeas. Here you can use store brought tins.
  • Next, crumble the feta cheese and add to the mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil, lemon juice along with black pepper and required salt.
  • Toss all the ingredients to combine well.
  • Transfer into a serving bowl and enjoy a healthy and colourful salad.


  • You can also use store brought tins to prepare this salad.
  • Adjust salad dressing according to your taste.
