Easy Strawberry Flan is a delicious and simple dessert that is perfect for summer. It prepared with fresh strawberries along with jelly and some whipped cream.

  • Flan cake base here I used store brought one
  • Fresh strawberries -250 grams
  • Strawberry Jelly Packet – 1
  • Condensed milk – ½ cup
  • Double cream – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 2tablespoon
  • Sugar syrup – as required
  1. Place the flan in the fridge before starting the process.
  2. Wash and cut strawberries into small pieces.
  3. Keep some strawberries aside for topping.
  4. Prepare jelly as per instructions on the package.
  5. Keep aside some jelly water for mixing with strawberry.
  6. In a bowl add chopped strawberries along with sugar, jelly water.
  7. Mix the strawberries well with jelly water and refrigerate until it sets.
  8. Place the strawberry mixed jelly and plain jelly in the refrigerator until we make the flan.
  9. Once the jelly is set.
  10. Take a bowl add the fresh double cream and using electric hand mixer a beat on low-medium speed until it reaches thick, stiff peaks. Don’t beat too much otherwise, it will split.
  11. Now add the condensed milk and fold slowly, so that it is combined well with cream.
Assembling the Flan
  1. On a plate place the flan, lightly apply the sugar syrup all over flan.
  2. Next, add the plain jelly followed by whipped cream. Spread the cream evenly on the flan base.
  3. Now spread the strawberry mixed jelly evenly on to flan.
  4. Top the flan with sliced strawberries.
  5. Place the prepared flan in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
  6. Enjoy creamy and colourful strawberry Flan.
