Easy Mango Lassi is a sweet, thick and creamy Indian drink. This lassi is basically a yoghurt-based mango smoothie which you often find in Indian restaurants. It is so easy that you can make it home like restaurant style.
You can prepare this mango lassi with fresh mangoes cubes or either mango puree (store brought tin) or frozen mango chunks along with yoghurt and sugar.

3 ingredient Mango Lassi, Easy Mango Lassi, Indian Mango Smoothie
Servings: 2 Tall glass
Mango Puree – 2cups
Yoghurt/Curd – 4tablespoon
Sugar – 4tablespoon
Cardamom a pinch
In a blender add mango puree, yoghurt and sugar.
Blend all of them into a smooth mixture.
Transfer the creamy mango lassi into a tall glass.
Garnish the mango lassi with few saffron strands, mint leaves.
Enjoy thick and creamy mango Lassi.
