Gobi Fried Rice Recipe is famous street food in India. It is prepared by mixing cauliflower florets with some spices and then deep frying it in oil after that combined with cooked rice and with sauces. I have a very close connection with this rice, because in my home town Tirupati this Gobi fried rice is very famous even today, whenever I visit my mom’s place without forgetting I use to go there and enjoy the fried rice.
