For chocolate Ganache Heat the chocolate and double cream in a microwave-safe bowl for 30sec-1minute, until the chocolate melts. Remove the bowl and whisk the mixture until smooth. Cover the bowl and leave it on the counter top to get ganache thick.
Crumble the cake into a bowl and add the ganache and combine everything well until we are able a form a ball out of the mixture
Take a small mixture into your hands and start rolling slowly in between your palms into a ball and place it on baking tray lined with parchment paper
Do the same process until you finish the whole mixture
Here I got approx. 20 cake pops, place these in the fridge for 20-25 mins until they set.
Meanwhile melt the candy melts in microwave and keep ready
Dip the lollipop sticks in the melted chocolate and then slowly push into cake pops through halfway.
Repeat the same process with the remaining ones
Now dip each cake pops in the chocolate until it is completely covered. Gentle tap your hand to drop the excess coating from the cake pops.
keep them upright on a foam and they will set within 1hour. Before they get set sprinkle your ones on them and enjoy these delicious homemade cake pops.
You can keep them in refrigerator up to 1 week, but I think they won’t last that much time. My kids finished them into 2 days.
