Clean and cut the snake gourd into thin strips
In a bowl add the snake ground strips along with red chilli powder, Ginger garlic paste, garam masala, pepper powder, cumin seeds and salt. Mix well and keep aside for 5mintues
Once 5 minutes is done, add gram flour, rice flour, corn flour along with food colour and mix well. Add small amount of water and make a thin batter
In the meantime, heat a pan with oil for deep frying
Then carefully fry the snake gourd strips in small batches on low-medium flame until they golden brown colour
Transfer them into a kitchen towel to absorb any excess oil.
